Overview: <br /> Die Hartenfels Consulting Group sucht für ein renommiertes Architekturbüro in Köln einen erfahrenen Architekten mit fundierten BIM-Kenntnissen. Das Büro realisiert anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte im Bereich Gesundheitsbauten, Kulturbauten und nachhaltige Gewerbeimmobilien. Der ideale Kandidat wird komplexe Bauprojekte eigenverantwortlich planen und steuern sowie digitale Planungsprozesse aktiv mitgestalten.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities:<br /> <br /> - Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung komplexer Bauprojekte in allen Leistungsphasen (HOAI).<br /> - Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Building Information Modeling (BIM) in allen Projektphasen.<br /> - Enge Abstimmung mit Fachplanern, Bauherren und Projektpartnern.<br /> - Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten in der Projektbearbeitung.<br /> - Aktive Mitgestaltung digitaler Planungsprozesse im Büro.<br /> <br /> <br /> Requirements:<br /> <br /> - Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur (Dipl.-Ing. oder Master).<br /> - Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Realisierung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte.<br /> - Fundierte Kenntnisse in BIM-gestützter Planung (z. B.
